Further details indicate that 15 of the victims are female, while 8 are male. Among the survivors are 7 minors. The Minister clarified that none of the deceased were minors. He commended emergency responders for their swift and coordinated response, describing their efforts as "commendable after working through the night to rescue victims and account for those affected."
