World Drug Day: UPSA-RCC, NACOC study reveals high substance use among youth in La Nkwantanang-Madina Municipality

The event brought together key stakeholders and dignitaries, including the Director-General of NACOC, Brigadier General M. O. Mantey, and the Minister for the Interior, Hon. Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak.
