Evelyn Nsiah Asare: From breaking barriers in sports to doctoral excellence in logistics
Evelyn Nsiah Asare is carving a legacy that bridges sports excellence and academic distinction. Her entry into sports dates back to the year 2000 during her undergraduate studies. She serves as the first female Vice President of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana. She currently serves as Special Assistant to the Board Chairman of Asante Kotoko SC and Chief Executive Officer of Hasaacas Ladies FC. She pursued advanced studies in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, culminating in a PhD because "it solves real-life problems." Her academic journey progressed from a B.Ed in Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Sports to a degree in Procurement Management, an MBA and MPhil in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and ultimately a PhD in the same field.
