Biohacking: How sunlight can prolong your life, according to Dr Naa Asheley Ashietey

Dr. Ashietey explained that early morning sunlight could improve health, slow biological ageing, and enhance longevity. She noted that modern lifestyles often keep people indoors throughout the day. Spending between 15 and 20 minutes outdoors in the early morning-preferably between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.-can significantly improve vitamin D production. Vitamin D is important because it is a precursor for many hormones, including melatonin, which helps with sleep.
