In the Northern Zone, leaders Ampem Darkoa recorded a 4-3 win over Fosu Royal Ladies, Dreamz Ladies recorded a 5-2 win over Northern City Ladies, FC Savannah lost at home to Kumasi Sports Academy, AshTown Ladies beat Northern Ladies 1-0, and Tamale Super Ladies claimed a 3-1 victory over Prisons Ladies.
