The crash involved three vehicles- a private car with registration number DV 9546, a fuel tanker GN 4328-15, and a tipper truck GT 9026-26.
The private car was reportedly travelling from Winneba towards Kasoa when a pickup allegedly attempted a wrongful overtaking.
