Sportswear brand On introduces OAC Sprint, its first professional sprint team
On, a Swiss performance brand, unveiled the On Athletics Club (OAC) Sprint team with the launch representing the next evolution of On's successful team ecosystem. The OAC Sprint team is based in Los Angeles. On Founder Olivier Bernhard said, "Our dream goes far beyond the podium."
The OAC Sprint team will be led by coach John Bolton (JB), supported by sport scientist and strength & conditioning coach Harrison Smith. Benjamin Azamati, a Ghanaian Olympian and two-time African Games medalist, reunites with Coach Bolton to anchor the new team. He is joined by Samirah Moody, reigning NCAA 100m Champion, and Max Thomas, the 100m runner-up. Johnny Brackins, a 6-time NCAA All-American, is also on the team.
Coach John "JB" Bolton said, "I'm incredibly excited to be a part of building something truly different with OAC Sprint." The OAC Sprint team's mission is to win on the biggest stages while creating a team environment that inspires the next generation.
