Other countries like Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, and Uganda have also been organizing flights or buses for their citizens. Anti-migrant groups set June 30 as a deadline for undocumented migrants to leave. The South African government says more than 53,000 foreign nationals have recently been deported or voluntarily repatriated, though an AFP news agency tally suggests more than 160,000 people have left South Africa over the past two months.
