He stated that the heavy academic workload and scheduling of multiple examination papers within a single week contribute to poor performance in the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE). He also advocated for a shift away from the "chew and pour" system of education towards practical and skills-based learning to better prepare students for the job market.
