MTN Ghana hosted the second edition of its Masterclass Series on Thursday, April 23, at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel. The theme was "Wealth and Wellbeing - Building Sustainable Success."
The event brought together financial experts, health professionals, psychologists, and industry leaders. Darwin Mireku, Head of Strategy and Enablement at Stanbic Bank Ghana, delivered the keynote address and stressed that "the definition of success is evolving." Nana Wiafe Boamah, Chief Investment Officer at Stanbic Investment Management Services, urged participants to adopt disciplined financial habits, advising, "So, don't spend everything." Dr. Isaac Newman Arthur, Medical Director and Clinical Psychologist at the University of Professional Studies Accra, highlighted the importance of daily habits in sustaining energy and preventing burnout, recommending "sleep." Nana Esi Idun-Arkhurst, Divisional Director of Retail and Business Banking at Fidelity Bank Ghana, emphasized the importance of structured financial planning tailored to individual circumstances, stating, "Everybody must have a framework."
The initiative forms part of MTN Ghana's broader strategy to position itself as a partner in financial literacy, personal development, and sustainable wealth creation.
