Rev. Stephen Wilfred Arthur, Director-General of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), was conferred a distinguished honour on March 23rd 2026 in Abuja, Nigeria, by the International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers' Associations Africa and Middle East (IFATCA AFM) Region, and the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) Africa, recognizing Rev.
