GhanaWeb launches digital property platform for landlords, agents, and developers
GhanaWeb launched a new digital property platform for landlords, agents, and developers, allowing them to easily upload and advertise properties for sale, rent, and short-stay accommodation. The platform is available at ghanaweb.com/realestate. David Antwi, Chief Executive Officer of GhanaWeb, said "The GhanaWeb Real Estate Website will enable property owners, agents, and developers to showcase houses, apartments, lands, and furnished apartments to a broad audience both locally and internationally."
Users can list properties by visiting the real estate portal and creating an account. The process involves clicking the 'Get Started' button, creating a username and password, logging in, clicking on the 'Real Estate' section, and then clicking 'Add Listing' to upload property details, including photographs, location, and description. The platform allows users to advertise houses and apartments for sale, lands for sale, residential rentals, commercial properties, and furnished apartments for short stays.
Property owners, landlords, real estate agents, and developers are encouraged to visit ghanaweb.com/realestate, create their accounts, and begin uploading their property listings ahead of the official launch.
