Ghanaian youngster Issaka Baba Seidu joins Swedish side Goteborg on loan
Issaka Baba Seidu has joined Swedish top-flight side IFK Goteborg on a season-long loan deal from FC Nordsjaelland. The loan deal is until the end of the 2026/27 season and includes an option for the Swedish club to buy the left-back permanently.
Seidu came through the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana. He was previously loaned to Superettan club Ljungskile, where he made 13 appearances, scoring one goal and providing one assist. He will wear shirt number 28 for IFK Goteborg and will play alongside fellow Ghanaian Rockson Yeboah.
