Additional leaders killed include the Secretary of the Iranian Defence Council, Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Minister of Defence and Armed Forces Logistics, Head of the Military Office of the Supreme Leader, Chairman of the Organisation of Defensive Innovation and Research (SPND), Former Chairman of SPND, Deputy for Logistics and Support, General Staff, Commander, Iran Police Intelligence Organization, Head of Operations Planning, General Staff, Senior Intelligence Ministry Official, and Head of Intelligence Directorate, Khatam‑al Anbiya Central Headquarters (IRGC).
Iran has lost about 40 senior political, security, or military leaders, but continues to strike Israeli and US assets in the Middle East. The war has spiralled to other countries in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, following retaliatory attacks by Iran on US military personnel and assets in these countries
