The deputy minister indicated that personnel of the army are on the ground to help identify the victims. Authorities are also looking for the owner of the helicopter to assist with investigations into the crash. "We have detailed some of our officers to go and look at it… we have to know the identities of the persons involved, and also we are making efforts to reach the owner of that aircraft to see who and who were on board," he said.
